Chief of Corporate Strategy
Paul Menter first came to RMC in November of 2010 as its first Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He brought extensive experience in financial restructuring, budget development and performance management to his role as CFO. Prior to joining RMC he spent eight years serving as CFO for the City of Aspen and the Aspen Community Foundation. He has also worked in various government finance positions in the Seattle-Tacoma Washington area.
After an 18-month hiatus, Paul has returned in 2019 as RMC’s first Chief of Corporate Strategy. Paul’s focus is on helping RMC continue to grow and better serve our clients. Along with strengthening our current client- and vendor-serving operations, Paul is busy identifying growth opportunities in the markets we currently serve and exploring opportunities to serve clients in new markets as well.
Paul serves on two local nonprofit boards: The Early Childhood Network, a Glenwood Springs based nonprofit that works to improve the quality and accessibility of affordable childcare to working families, and the Aspen Pitkin Employee Housing, an Aspen-based affordable housing nonprofit organization.
Paul lives in Carbondale with his wife, Sandra, and has twin daughters, Alexandra and Jordan.
